TPS Reports. The Servicer shall provide to the Rating Agencies, upon request, any publicly available reports filed by the Servicer with the DTE (or otherwise made publicly available by the Servicer) relating to TPSs and any other non-confidential and non-proprietary information relating to TPSs reasonably requested by the Rating Agencies.
