Common use of Trace and Access Clause in Contracts

Trace and Access. In the event of damage that is insured by this section, we will cover the costs necessarily and reasonably incurred in locating the source of any escape of water from any fixed water services, heating installation or fuel oil, including the repair to walls, floors or ceilings necessary as a direct result of the location work, except that we will not be liable for the cost of repairs to any fixed water services or heating installation.
