Track B Minimum Salaries. A. This section concerns full-time Lecturers other than those with the title Professor of Practice in the Arts. B. The rank and minimum salary for a Track B Lecturer shall be as follows: A. If the current salary or per course compensation of any Lecturer exceeds that specified in this article, the salary or per course compensation of that Lecturer shall be eligible for a merit increase not to be less than 2% and not to exceed 4%, Decisions regarding merit increases are not grievable. B. Nothing in this agreement shall preclude the University from offering any Lecturer compensation higher than that specified in this Article.
