Trackage, Haulage, Shared Asset and Other Operating Agreements. On the Closing Date and upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, each of CRC, CSXT and NSR shall execute and deliver, and the parties shall cause their respective Affiliates and NYC and PRR to execute and deliver, the following agreements to which it is a party:
