Tracking and Payment. The Company/its contractor shall track Traders' (who were registered via web terminal only) activity for the purpose of calculating the Affiliate Fee and such information shall be available to the Affiliate in the Affiliate Section. The Affiliate Fee shall be paid on a monthly basis in accordance with the information set forth in the Report. The company shall not pay for the Fraud Traders or Traders attracted under fraud traffic and/or fraudulent activity. If the Company/its contractor noticed any fraud activity from the trader from whom payment to the affiliate was already made, the company shall deduct paid amount from the affiliate. Misleading banners, texts and acquisition campaigns are prohibited. If found this can result in full reject of the traffic without any payment.

IG shall track Introduced Clients’ activity for the purpose of calculating the Marketing Partner Fee and such information shall be available to the Marketing Partner in the Marketing Partnership Section. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the Marketing Partner Fee shall be paid on a monthly basis in arrears in accordance with the information set forth in the Report.

(b) Affiliates receive a commission of 10% of the order which was placed by the customer through the affiliates unique tracking code.
(c) Gimme Bubble Tea utilises cookies allowing purchase made by the customer within 24 hours of clicking your tracking link to be eligible for commission. Gimme Bubble Tea reserves the right to change the duration.
(d) The affiliate’s commission is paid at the end of every month as AUD into your nominated PayPal account.
Tracking and Payment. (a) Rebate Recipient will track the Incentives and will submit an invoice for payment to Plycem (each, a “Incentive Invoice”) as well as supporting documentation. Such documentation shall include, but is not limited to, the physical address of the newly build home, closing reports, and/or supplier invoices for the purchase of the Product. The Incentive Invoice must be submitted to Plycem within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of each quarter (“Quarterly Submittal Period”). Any Incentive Invoice received after the Quarterly Submittal Period shall not be processed and shall be rejected upon receipt.
(b) Xxxxxx shall remit any rebate incentive to Rebate Recipient (the “Rebate Incentive”) within thirty (30) days of Xxxxxx’s review and acceptance (in its sole discretion) of the Incentive Invoice and supporting documentation. Rebate Recipient will have a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the receipt of the Rebate Incentive payment to review and verify the accuracy of any payments during which time it may notify Plycem of any disputes, which disputes will be resolved as set forth in Section 7 below.
(c) Plycem will remit all payments to Rebate Recipient at the address listed in Section 8 below as it may be changed from time to time pursuant to Section 8 below.
(d) For purposes of calculating the Incentive, except as may be otherwise specifically set forth in this Ag, where an Incentive is based on dollar volume, the total dollar amount paid by Rebate Recipient shall include all sales, use, excise, value-added or similar taxes, use fees, government fees, delivery, freight, installation and similar charges.
