Common use of Tracking Device - Voluntary Clause in Contracts

Tracking Device - Voluntary. PERFORMING PARTY may install a device for tracking the location and usage of the Grant Equipment and maintain monitoring services during the Activity Life. GPS equipment and installation may be considered an allowable cost if the equipment and monitoring services are obtained from the designated TERP GPS Monitoring Service (TGMS) Contractor. Monitoring service charges are not reimbursable expenses.
