TRACTOR PAINTING. (a) The Company agrees to provide 36 months for a new Owner Operator/Dependant Contractor to paint his/her tractor unit. Any new factory orders or used replacement tractors must be painted as per the Company paint code. ARROW TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS INC. (CHILLIWACK DIVISION) ADDENDUM The signatory parties agree to add to the Arrow Bulk Carriers Ltd. (Chilliwack Division) the following addendum which will be construed as an extension of the Collective Agreement as follows:

TRACTOR PAINTING. (a) The Company agrees to pay $500.00 towards the painting of a new Dependent Contractor’s tractor unit. (This does not include new factory orders.)

  • Road Surfaces (1) Grade, shape, crown, and/or outslope surface and shoulders.

  • Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels shall be clean and free of cracks and stains;

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.

  • Common Area (Check one)

  • Fill, Backfill and Landscaping No soil found on Site, or transported to the Site from remote locations, which contains debris or waste or Hazardous Materials shall be used for fill, backfill or landscaping topsoil.

  • Cutting, Patching, and Fitting The Contractor shall do all cutting, patching, and fitting of the Work that may be required to make its several parts come together properly and fit.

  • Foundations nor shall the Contractor be responsible for correction of leaks resulting from said failure.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.

  • Work Area The specific work area and/or crew an employee reports to on a daily schedule. Work areas are generally smaller divisions of a larger Bid Area.

  • Staging In addition to the staging categories listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 2-A, this Schedule contains staging categories 20-A, 20-B, PR-1 and PR-130:
