Trade Approval Process. (a) The Borrower may request a trade (a “Trade”) of a Fund Investment by sending the proposed trade details, including the credit description, price, quantity, trade date, par/distressed, counterparty, counterparty contact details, delayed compensation and any other non-standard terms (a “Trade Request”) by email to the Administrative Agent (with a copy to the Custodian).
