Trade Certification Clause Samples
The Trade Certification clause establishes requirements for parties to confirm that goods or services involved in a transaction meet specific industry or regulatory standards. Typically, this clause obligates the seller to provide documentation or certificates verifying compliance with relevant trade, safety, or quality regulations before delivery or acceptance. By ensuring that only certified and compliant products are exchanged, the clause protects buyers from receiving substandard or non-compliant goods and helps both parties avoid legal or regulatory issues.
Trade Certification. Trades employees who have a current license as a journeyman 4 or who can provide written evidence of completion of comprehensive trade-related 5 certification or degree program in the related area of their employment will receive a 6 $300.00 supplement annually. This supplement will be paid to the employee on the next 7 scheduled pay date following written notification from the department director to the 8 SPALC Labor/Management Committee. Interested employees are required to seek prior 9 approval of their eligibility for participation by submitting an application to the Principal 10 or Director. Applications will be available upon request. Employees are not eligible to 11 receive the Trade Certification Supplement and Training Incentive for the same activity.
Trade Certification. The contractor will complete the furnace tune up and smart thermostat installation using a Class “B” gasfitter.
