Common use of Trade Fixtures and Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Trade Fixtures and Personal Property. Tenant may install in the Premises its usual Trade fixtures and personal property in a proper manner, provided that no such installation shall interfere with or damage the mechanical or electrical systems or the structure of the Building. If Tenant is not then in default hereunder, trade fixtures and personal property installed in the Premises by Tenant may be removed from Premises: A. From time to time in the ordinary course of Tenant’s Business or in the course of reconstruction, renovation, or alteration of the Premises by Tenant; and B.
