Trade Information. All proprietary knowledge, technical information, quality control data, processes (whether secret or not), methods, and other similar know-how or rights used in the conduct of the Seller's business, including, but not limited to, the areas of retailing, sales, marketing, advertising and personnel training and recruitment, together with all rights to use any and all information, trade secrets, patents, copyrights, trademarks, tradenames and other intangible properties that are necessary or customarily used by the Seller for the ownership, management or operation of its business.
