Common use of TRADE MARK LICENCE Clause in Contracts

TRADE MARK LICENCE. The GBCA grants to the Applicant for the duration of the Validity Period, a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Trade Mark showing the Designed Assessment or Certified Rating solely in relation to the Project and the display, promotion and advertisement of the Project, in accordance with the Marketing Rules.

TRADE MARK LICENCE. The GBCA grants to the Applicant Applicant, for the duration of the Validity Period, a non-transferablenon- exclusive, non-exclusive transferrable licence to use the Trade Mark showing the Designed Assessment or Certified Rating solely in relation to to: a) the Project and Premises; and b) the display, promotion and advertisement of the Project, Premises in accordance with the Marketing RulesStyle Guide.
