Trade Name; Place of Business. No Borrower or the Subsidiary Guarantor uses any trade name and conducts business under any name other than its actual name set forth in the Loan Documents. The principal place of business of the Borrowers and the other Credit Parties is c/o City Office REIT, Inc., 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxx, XX Xxxxxx X0X 0X0. §6.19 Regulations T, U and X. No portion of any Loan is to be used for the purpose of purchasing or carrying any “margin security” or “margin stock” as such terms are used in Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, 12 C.F.R. Parts 220, 221 and 224. No Borrower or other Credit Party is engaged, nor will it engage, principally or as one of its important activities, in the business of extending credit for the purpose of purchasing or carrying any “margin security” or “margin stock” as such terms are used in Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, 12 C.F.R.
