Common use of Trade Name Clause in Contracts

Trade Name. Executive agrees that during the Noncompete Period, Executive must not, directly or by assisting others, own, manage, operate, join, control or participate in the ownership, management, operation or control of any business conducted under any corporate or trade name of SynQuest or name similar thereto without the prior written consent of SynQuest.
