Trade Name. Permittee may operate its ground transportation business at the Airport by, through and under its regionally advertised affiliation or trade name, if any. Once having operated under such affiliation or trade name, then in the event Permittee shall fail to continue to use and operate under said name, whether said failure be because of loss of franchise or otherwise then same shall be deemed a default hereunder and, at the option of the Authority, this Agreement may be terminated as provided in Article 15.
