Common use of Trade Receivables Clause in Contracts

Trade Receivables. (a) Trade receivables included in the Accounts have realised or will realise, in the ordinary course of collection, their nominal amounts less any provisions for bad and doubtful debts included in the Accounts. (b) To the best of the Sellers’ knowledge, any debt owing to any Group Company at the date of this agreement (other than the debts included in the Accounts) will in the ordinary course of collection realise its nominal amount less any provisions for bad and doubtful debts included in the Accounts.
