Common use of Trade Regulation Clause in Contracts

Trade Regulation. iPrint has not terminated its relationship ---------------- with or refused to ship any of its products to any dealer, distributor, third party marketing entity or customer which had theretofore paid or been obligated to pay iPrint in excess of $25,000 over any consecutive twelve (12) month period. All of the prices charged by iPrint in connection with the marketing or sale of any of its products or services have been in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. No claims have been asserted or, to the knowledge of iPrint, threatened against iPrint with respect to the wrongful termination of any dealer, distributor or any other marketing entity, discriminatory pricing, price fixing, unfair competition, false advertising, or any other violation of any laws or regulations relating to anti-competitive practices or unfair trade practices of any kind.
