Common use of Trade Secrets of Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Trade Secrets of Third Parties. Consultant acknowledges and understands that, in dealing with existing and potential suppliers, contracting parties and other third parties with which the Company has business relations or potential business relations, the Company frequently receives confidential and proprietary information and materials from such third parties subject to the Company's understanding that the Company will maintain the confidentiality thereof and will require its employees and consultants to do so. Consultant agrees to treat all such information and materials as Confidential Matter subject to this Agreement.
