TRADE UNION REPRESENTATION. 5.1 The Trust recognises the Trade Unions listed in this agreement as the sole bodies with which it will consult (and conduct collective bargaining should it be necessary) with a view to reaching agreement on those matters identified in Clause 7.3 of this agreement.
