Trademark Attribution Sample Clauses
The Trademark Attribution clause requires parties to properly acknowledge and attribute ownership of trademarks used within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this means that any use of a party’s trademark must be accompanied by a statement or symbol indicating the rightful owner, such as including the ® or ™ symbol and a notice specifying the trademark holder. This clause ensures that trademark rights are respected and that there is no confusion about the ownership or origin of branded materials, thereby protecting the value and legal standing of the trademarks involved.

Trademark Attribution. Notice of the EPM® mark’s status as a federally registered ▇▇▇▇ must always accompany the ▇▇▇▇. This notice is provided by tagging the mark’s upper right-hand shoulder with the registration symbol “®” with no space between the ▇▇▇▇ and the symbol. In the absence of a “®” symbol, a parenthetical notation, such as (R), is acceptable. With respect to USPS Marks that are not federally registered, the symbol ™ for trademarks should be used in place of the ® symbol.
