Trademark Filings and Expenses. Adolor shall be solely ------------------------------ responsible for the filing and maintenance of the Adolor Product Trademarks in the United States and all costs and expenses related thereto. GSK shall be solely responsible for the filing and maintenance of (a) the GI Product Trademarks in the United States, and (b) the ROW Trademarks in the ROW, and all costs and expenses related thereto.
