TRADEMARK, PATENT AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION. (a) The License granted hereunder is conditioned upon Licensee's compliance with the applicable provisions of the trademark, patent and copyright laws of the United States and each foreign country in the Territory. Licensee shall keep records of and advise King when each of the Products is first sold in each country in the Territory.

TRADEMARK, PATENT AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION. (a) The License granted hereunder is conditioned upon Licensee's complete compliance with the applicable provisions of the trademark, patent trademark and copyright laws of the United States and each the foreign country or countries in the Territory. Licensee shall keep records of and advise King when each of the Products is first sold in each country in the licensed Territory.

TRADEMARK, PATENT AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION. (a) The License granted hereunder is conditioned upon the Licensee's full and complete compliance with the applicable provisions of the trademark, patent patent, copyright and copyright other intellectual property laws of Canada, the United States and each the foreign country or countries in the Licensed Territory. The Licensee shall agrees to keep records of and advise King the Licensor in writing when each of the Licensed Products is first sold in each country in the Licensed Territory.
