Common use of Trademarks and Logos Clause in Contracts

Trademarks and Logos. Subject to Section 19 hereof, Studio hereby grants to Comcast a royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use the registered trademark and logo of “Sony” and any other trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks and designs, designated for Comcast’s use by Studio in writing from time to time or by course of dealing between the parties (the “Studio Marks”), within the Territory throughout the Term in connection with the distribution, exhibition and promotion of the Included Programs in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
