Trademarks and Trust Names. (a) Padco Advisors, Inc. and Padco Advisors II, Inc., the adviser to the Trust and its affiliates, own all right, title and interest in and to the tradenames, trademarks and service marks as may be identified to LIFE COMPANY from time to time (the "Trust licensed marks"). Upon termination of this Agreement LIFE COMPANY and its affiliates shall cease to use the Trust licensed marks, except to the extent required by law or regulation.
