Common use of Trademarks and Trust Names Clause in Contracts

Trademarks and Trust Names. (a) The Fund and its affiliates, own all right, title and interest in and to the names, trademarks and service marks and such other trade names, trademarks and service marks as may be identified to the Company from time to time (the " licensed marks"). Upon termination of this Agreement the Company and its affiliates shall cease to use the licensed marks, except to the extent required by law or regulation.
