Trademarks and Trust Names. (a) The Adviser and its affiliates, own all right, title and interest in and to the names, trademarks and service marks and such other trade names, trademarks and service marks as may be identified to the Life Company from time to time (the " licensed marks"). Upon termination of this Agreement Life Company and its affiliates shall cease to use the licensed marks, except to the extent required by law or regulation.
