Trademarks Usage Guidelines. Abacus shall supply the logo artwork for the Licensed Marks to the IP Licensees. The quality standards and specifications for use and reproduction of the Licensed Marks shall be in accordance with the branding guidelines and such other policies and practices regarding trademark usage, style, color and typeface as established from time to time by Abacus and provided to the IP Licensees. Abacus may modify or supplement any guidelines from time to time upon reasonable notice to the IP Licensees, provided that such changes in the guidelines shall not apply to any materials or activities of the IP Licensees in stock or process at the time of such revisions.
