Tradenames and Place of Business. (i) The Borrower has no trade names, fictitious names, assumed names or “doing business as” names or other names under which it has done or is doing business and (ii) the principal place of business and chief executive office of the Borrower are located at the address of the Borrower set forth below its name on the signature pages of this Agreement and has been so for the last four months.
