Tradenames and Place of Business. (i) Except as otherwise indicated in this Agreement or as the same may be changed in accordance with Section 6.05(b), the Servicer has no trade names, fictitious names, assumed names or "doing business as" names or other names under which it has done or is doing business and (ii) the principal place of business and chief executive office of the Servicer are located at the address of the Servicer set forth on the signature pages hereto and has been so for the last four months.
