Common use of Tradenames Clause in Contracts

Tradenames. Except as permitted hereunder, the Borrower’s legal name is as set forth in this Agreement. Except as permitted hereunder, the Borrower has not changed its name since its formation; does not have tradenames, fictitious names, assumed names or “doing business as” names other than as disclosed on Schedule II hereto (as such schedule may be updated from time to time by the Administrative Agent upon receipt of a notice delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5.02(p)); the Borrower’s only jurisdiction of formation is Delaware, and, except as permitted hereunder, the Borrower has not changed its jurisdiction of formation.
