Common use of TRADESPERSON’S WORK Clause in Contracts

TRADESPERSON’S WORK. If an employee is required to perform the work of any trade in respect of which there is apprenticeship order, he/she shall be paid the allowance set out in Table 4 of Part 5 of this Agreement.

TRADESPERSON’S WORK. If an employee any worker is required to perform the work of any trade in respect of which there is apprenticeship order, he/she shall be paid the allowance set out in Table 4 of Part 5 of this Agreement.
