The Company requires that all officers, directors, employees, consultants and contractors refrain from trading in the securities of customers, suppliers or other third party entities with whom the Company has a business relationship at a time that such person is in possession of material non public information concerning the issuer of such securities obtained through the Company's relationship with such other entity.
