Trading in Stock of Customers and Suppliers. The Company requires that all officers, directors, employees, consultants and contractors refrain from trading in the securities of customers, suppliers or other third party entities with whom the Company has a business relationship at a time that such person is in possession of material non public information concerning the issuer of such securities obtained through the Company's relationship with such other entity.
