Common use of Trading Market Approval Clause in Contracts

Trading Market Approval. The Company shall have either (i) obtained and delivered to the Investor copies of all necessary Trading Market approvals for the issuance of the Note, the Warrant, and, upon the conversion of the Note, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the Warrant Shares, or (ii) submitted a Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form with the Trading Market relating to the issuance of the Note, the Warrant, and, upon conversion of the Note, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the applicable Shares;

Trading Market Approval. The Company shall must have either (i) obtained and delivered to the Investor copies of all necessary Trading Market approvals for the issuance of the Note, the Warrant, and, upon the conversion of the Note, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the Warrant Shares, or (ii) submitted a Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form with the Trading Market relating to the issuance of the Note, the Warrant, and, upon conversion of the Note, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the applicable Shares;

Trading Market Approval. The Company shall have either (i) obtained and delivered to the Investor copies of all necessary Trading Market approvals for the issuance of the Note, the WarrantWarrants, and, upon the conversion of the Note, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the WarrantWarrants, the Warrant Shares, or (ii) submitted a Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form with the Trading Market relating to the issuance of the Note, the WarrantWarrants, and, upon conversion of the Note, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the WarrantWarrants, the applicable Warrant Shares;

Trading Market Approval. The Company shall have either (i) obtained and delivered to the Investor copies of all necessary Trading Market approvals for the issuance of the Note, the Warrant, and, upon the conversion of the Note, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the Warrant Shares, or (ii) submitted a Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form with the Trading Market relating to the issuance of the Note, the Warrant, and, upon conversion of the Note, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the applicable Warrant Shares;

Trading Market Approval. The Company shall have either (i) obtained and delivered to the Investor copies of all necessary Trading Market approvals for the issuance of the Note, the Warrant, and, upon and the conversion of the Note, the Conversion Investor Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the Warrant Sharesas applicable, or (ii) submitted a Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form with the Trading Market relating to the issuance of the Note, the Warrant, and, upon conversion of and the Note, the Conversion Investor Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the applicable Sharesas applicable;

Trading Market Approval. The Company shall have either (i) obtained and delivered to the Investor copies of all necessary Trading Market approvals for the issuance of the such Note, the and Warrant, and, upon and the conversion of the Note, the Conversion Investor Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the Warrant Sharesas applicable, or (ii) submitted a Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form with the Trading Market relating to the issuance of the such Note, the Warrant, and, upon conversion of and the Note, the Conversion Investor Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the applicable Sharesas applicable;

Trading Market Approval. Trading Market Approval. The Company shall have either (i) submitted a subsequent listing application with the Trading Market relating to the issuance of the Notes, the Warrants, and, upon conversion of the Notes, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrants, and (ii) if required by the rules and regulations of the Trading Market, obtained and delivered to the Investor copies of all necessary Trading Market approvals for the issuance of the NoteNotes, the WarrantWarrants, and, upon the conversion of the NoteNotes, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the WarrantWarrants, the Warrant Shares, or (ii) submitted a Listing of Additional Shares Notification Form with the Trading Market relating to the issuance of the Note, the Warrant, and, upon conversion of the Note, the Conversion Shares, and upon exercise of the Warrant, the applicable Shares;
