Traditional Lease Remedies. At any time after an Event of Default and after BNPPLC has given any notice required by subparagraph 15(C), BNPPLC will be entitled at BNPPLC’s option (and without limiting BNPPLC in the exercise of any other right or remedy BNPPLC may have, and without any further demand or notice except as expressly described in this subparagraph 15(A)), to exercise any one or more of the following remedies:
