Traffic Control Plan. For Section 150 for Traffic Control in Table 6, attach the special provision and/or you may provide additional traffic control requirements in this section. DELETE this note after traffic control requirements are decided.
Traffic Control Plan. For any work that is to take place in or near roadways, the contractor shall submit a traffic control plan for acceptance prior to commencing any work. Contractor shall develop traffic control plan IAW EM 385- 1-1, State-specific guidelines and regulations, and installation-specific requirements.
Traffic Control Plan. Contractor shall work together with Owner to develop a comprehensive traffic control plan for the Project (“Traffic Control Plan”), to assure all persons supplying the Work prompt and safe access for deliveries to the Site, while minimizing disruption to the surrounding area its regular activities or scheduled events. Without limitation, the Traffic Control Plan shall provide, as required by the surrounding areas and its activities: (a) for off-site parking for construction personnel and transport of such personnel to the Site; (b) a general prohibition on deliveries of Major Equipment to the Site during the hours of [Hours,] ; (c) that Contractor shall use its reasonable efforts to arrange for deliveries of Major Equipment [Days and hours] ; and (d) that it shall be consistent with any traffic control requirements set forth in any Governmental Authorization. Owner shall use good faith efforts to assist Contractor in the development of this plan and to assist in gaining for Contractor access to roads and other transportation facilities necessary for timely and cost-effective completion of the Project. When available, the draft traffic control plan shall be presented to Owner for review and approval. Contractor acknowledges that it has studied the Site, railroads, surrounding streets and highways and Contractor can transport all equipment to the Site and all costs associated with the transportation and unloading of the equipment are included in the Guaranteed Maximum Price, provided that access to the Site is available to Contractor and the Subcontractors at all reasonable times and in accordance with the Traffic Control Plan. Contractor shall provide to Owner its proposed Traffic Control Plan no later than 30 days following the date of this Agreement. The Parties shall use their good faith efforts to finalize the Traffic Control Plan no later than 60 days following the date of this Agreement.

Traffic Control Plan. All permit applications which involve work on, in, under, across or along any Public Ways shall be accompanied by a traffic control plan demonstrating the protective measures and devices that will be employed, consistent with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, to prevent injury or damage to persons or property and to minimize disruptions to efficient pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
Traffic Control Plan. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will design a safe and effective (Level I) Traffic Control Plan, consisting of notes and details, to move vehicular and pedestrian traffic during construction. Maintenance of Traffic requirements for the construction of this project will be provided through the use of typical sections, plans, general notes and reference to the appropriate FDOT Design Standards (600 Series). In addition, a conceptual MOT phasing plan depicting detour routes and phase segments of pavement lane closures and traffic shifts will be prepared.
Traffic Control Plan. A traffic control plan to support the Contractor's operations shall be submitted at least 72 hours prior to commencing work that shall conform to the Florida Department of Transportation's "Manual on Traffic Control and Safe Practices" which shall be obtained by the Contractor at his expense.

(Must meet MUTCD standards). Failure to comply with conditions of approved plan, and Murray City Code 12.16.060 (Traffic control devices around excavations) may result in a citation and/or stop work order.
