Quality Control Program. Engineer shall have a quality control program in place that ensures that all deliverable work is of high quality. Engineer shall submit a plan detailing its program to the Inspection Branch of the TxDOT Bridge Division for review and approval prior to beginning work. State may review or audit the programs.
Quality Control Program. The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:
Quality Control Program. 1. Quality control organization;
2. Project progress schedule;
3. Submittals schedule;
4. Inspection requirements;
5. Quality control testing plan;
6. Documentation of Quality Control activities;
7. Requirements for corrective action when Quality Control and/or acceptance criteria are not met;
8. Provide a preparatory and initial phase meeting schedule; and
9. Provide licenses as needed with Autodesk BIM 360 for the Owner (quality control staff). The aforementioned requirements are not intended to be all-inclusive. Accordingly, the Contractor shall add any additional elements to the Quality Control Program that are reasonably necessary to adequately control all production and/or construction processes required by the Contract Documents. 110-3 QUALITY CONTROL ORGANIZATION. The Contractor's Quality Control Program shall be implemented by the establishment of a separate Quality Control organization. An organizational chart shall be developed to show all Quality Control personnel and how these personnel integrate with other management/production and construction functions and personnel. The organizational chart shall identify all Quality Control staff by name and function, and shall indicate the total staff required to implement all elements of the Quality Control Program, including inspection and testing for each item of Work. If necessary, different technicians can be utilized for specific inspection and testing functions for different items of Work. If an outside organization or independent testing Laboratory is used for implementation of all or part of the Quality Control Program, the personnel assigned shall be subject to the qualification requirements of paragraph 100-03a and 100-03b. The organizational chart shall indicate which personnel are Contractor employees and which are provided by an outside organization. The Quality Control organization shall consist of the following minimum personnel:
Quality Control Program. Claims and Litigation filed against the Apparent Low Bidder or filed by the Apparent Low Bidder for equitable adjustment, contract claim or litigation in the past five years.
Quality Control Program. Contractor shall conduct a continuous program of quality control for all the Work to ensure and verify that the quality of the Work meets the requirements of this Contract. Contractor's quality control program and inspection procedures for the foregoing shall be submitted in writing to Owner or Owner’s Representative for review and approval, in sufficient detail to delineate those items to be inspected and the manner in which they are to be inspected, and shall adequately describe all quality control activities contemplated, including provisions for adequate documentation of Contractor's performance of such quality control and inspection.
Quality Control Program. Supplier will have in place an effective quality control program that complies, at a minimum, with standards common in the industry, to ensure that all aspects of the Services are completed in compliance with the Contract Documents. Supplier is solely responsible for quality control. Supplier will submit its quality control program manual to CenturyLink for review or information, if requested.

Quality Control Program. The Seller maintains an internal quality control program designed to verify, on a regular basis, the existence and accuracy of the legal documents, credit documents and property appraisals relating to the Mortgage Loans that complies in all respects with Applicable Requirements. The program is designed to evaluate and monitor the overall quality of the loan origination and servicing activities of the Seller, the compliance of the Mortgage Loans with Applicable Requirements, and, as applicable, Originators and Prior Servicers. The program also is designed to detect and prevent dishonest, fraudulent or negligent acts, errors and omissions by officers, employees or other unauthorized persons.
Quality Control Program. CM/GC shall prepare a written Quality Control Program to ensure that the Work matches the level of quality specified in the Contract Documents. The Quality Control Program shall describe in detail the steps CM/GC will take to ensure quality and will include, without limitation, those personnel, in addition to the Project Manager and Superintendent, who will provide review and verification of the proper installation of the Work. Each Subcontractor having responsibility for more than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) of the Work shall be addressed in the plan. CM/GC Site Plan and Land Disturbance Permit. CM/GC is required to obtain the land disturbance permits applicable to Owner that implement the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) requirements for stormwater management for construction activities from the appropriate issuing authority.
Quality Control Program. The Seller/Servicer shall have an internal quality control program capable of evaluating and monitoring the overall quality of its loan production and servicing activities, to ensure that the Mortgage Loans are originated and serviced in accordance with its policies and procedures.
