Traffic Enforcement. All roadways and parking lots on College property are subject to state, local and College traffic ordinances and applicable rules. Campus Public Safety/Police officers are empowered to enforce these laws and rules. The College will comply with the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act (325 ILCS 5/1 et seq.). All College personnel are mandated reporters.
Traffic Enforcement. In consideration of the easements granted to the City in this Agreement, HMA agrees to allow the City to enforce traffic regulations under Wis. Stats. Ch. 346 and Madison General Ordinances Chapter 12 on the private roads and driveways located within Highland Manor, and the City agrees to provide such enforcement. This is an agreement pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 349.03(5).
Traffic Enforcement. Wherever possible, motor vehicle violation citations issued within the Town limits should be charged under the Town’s Model Traffic Code (MTC) violation(s) and written into the Town’s Court. Traffic Enforcement. The City hereby agrees that the police department will enforce Florida Statutes, Chapter 316, State Uniform Traffic Control and the Code of the City of Ocoee, Chapter 168, Vehicles and Traffic, on the Private Roads; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not be construed to require any minimum level of staffing or create any priority for traffic enforcement on the Private Roads vis-à- vis public roadways or other private roads. All decisions regarding the level of traffic enforcement on the Private Roads and staffing related thereto shall be within the sole discretion of the City police department.
Traffic Enforcement. California State University police officers ("University Police Officers") will enforce traffic regulations on campus. University Police Officers will enforce traffic regulations on streets adjacent to the campus and within the one-mile concurrent jurisdiction should the violation warrant enforcement action.
