Traffic Exchange Trunk Groups. The Parties may use Traffic Exchange Trunk groups to route Local Traffic, Transit Traffic and Switched Access Traffic to one another, pursuant to Sections 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 of the Agreement. Compensation for traffic terminated over Traffic Exchange Trunk Groups shall be as specified in Section 4.0 of the Agreement. The Parties shall route traffic to one another via the Traffic Exchange Trunk Groups pursuant to the Local Exchange Routing Guide (“LERG”), except as otherwise mutually agreed.

The Parties shall establish over the Transport Facilities prescribed in Section 2.4, Traffic Exchange Trunk Groups between their respective networks, to be configured as one-way, DS1-level (24 voice-grade channels) inter-machine trunks.   • Exchange Teaching An employee on continuing or professional service contract may be granted a leave of absence for one year for the purpose of exchange teaching. Exchange teaching shall be limited to accredited public school systems, colleges and universities or similar institutions. The cooperating school system, college or university must furnish an employee to take the place of the employee released by the Board.   • Trunk Data Exchange 65.9.1 Each Party agrees to service trunk groups to the blocking criteria in Section 64.3.4 in a timely manner when trunk groups exceed measured blocking thresholds on an average time consistent busy hour for a twenty- one (21) Day study period. The Parties agree that twenty-one (21) Days is the study period duration objective unless mutually agreed otherwise. The study period will not include a holiday.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Shift Exchange The Employer and the Union agree that shift exchanges are a useful process to allow employees more flexibility and improved work/life balance. Employees within an institution who have the same job classification will be allowed to exchange full shifts for positions in which they are qualified.
