Common use of Train Fleet Clause in Contracts

Train Fleet. 3.1 The Franchisee's Train Fleet as at the Start Date is as set out in Table 1 contained in Schedule 1.7 (The Train Fleet). 3.2 The Franchisee shall comply with its obligations under: (a) paragraph 12 concerning changes to the composition and characteristics of the Train Fleet; and (b) paragraph 2 of Schedule 2.2 (Security of Access Agreements, Rolling Stock Leases, Station and Depot Leases) with respect to the Train Fleet.

Train Fleet. 3.1 The Franchisee's Train Fleet as at the Start Date is as set out in Table 1 contained in Schedule 1.7 (The Train Fleet). 3.2 The Franchisee shall comply with its obligations under: (a) paragraph 12 13 concerning changes to the composition and characteristics of the Train Fleet; and (b) paragraph 2 of Schedule 2.2 (Security of Access Agreements, Rolling Stock Leases, Station and Depot Leases) with respect to the Train Fleet.

Train Fleet. 3.1 The Franchisee's ’s Train Fleet as at the Start Franchise Commencement Date is as set out in Table Appendix 1 contained in Schedule 1.7 (The Train Fleet). 3.2 The Franchisee shall comply with its obligations under: (a) paragraph 12 16 concerning changes to the composition and characteristics of the Train Fleet; and (b) paragraph 2 of Schedule 2.2 (Security of Access AgreementsAssets, Rolling Stock Leases, Station and Depot Leases) with respect to the Train Fleet.
