Common use of Train Operator Events of Default Clause in Contracts

Train Operator Events of Default. The following are Train Operator Events of Default: (a) the Train Operator ceases to be authorised to be the operator of trains for the provision of the Services in accordance with Clause 3.2(a); (b) an Insolvency Event occurs in relation to the Train Operator or the Franchisee; (c) (i) any breach by the Train Operator of this contract, its Safety Obligations or any of the Collateral Agreements; or

Train Operator Events of Default.
