Trainer’s warranties. The Trainer warrants that: (a) they will at all times comply with this Trainer’s Agreement and their Services Agreement; and (b) they will not: (i) use the Service in any way that could damage the reputation of Musta™ or the goodwill or other rights enjoyed by Musta™. (ii) reproduce, make error corrections to or otherwise modify or adapt the Intellectual Property in the Service, or create any derivative works based on the Service; (iii) de-compile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise reverse engineer the Service or permit any third Party to do so; or (iv) transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, license or otherwise transfer or assign the right to use the Service.
