Training and communications. All staff in Public Health Scotland involved in the processing of the data would have undergone mandatory Information Governance training in accordance with Board training policy. The processing is described in the Public Health Scotland privacy notice and NHS Scotland information governance website as described in section 5 above. All employees of Police Scotland have to undergo mandatory annual training on Data Protection and Information Governance matters.
