Training Certificates Clause Samples
The Training Certificates clause requires that individuals or entities provide proof of completion for specified training programs. Typically, this involves submitting official certificates or documentation to demonstrate that relevant training requirements have been met, such as safety courses or compliance seminars. This clause ensures that all parties involved possess the necessary qualifications or knowledge, thereby promoting competence and reducing the risk of non-compliance or accidents.
Training Certificates. The Township will pay the course fees for only job required training certifications. The Township may pay, but is not obligated to do so, the course fees for other training as may be requested by a member, subject to the approval of the Fire Chief and Board of Trustees.
Training Certificates. An electronic certificate of attendance will be issued to participants who attend ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ face to face and online professional development training. The electronic certificate will be issued by our Event Management System after the training and lists the number of continuous professional development hours accrued. Please note that if you did not attend the training, you are not eligible to receive the electronic certificate. Pearson reserves the right to issue electronic certificates additionally on a case-by-case basis.
Training Certificates. The contractor shall provide each student with a completion certificate upon successful completion of training. Copies of the certificates shall be provided to the Government within 10 working days of training completion. The completion certificate can be in contractor’s format.
Training Certificates. RMI will bill the Client for any official training certificates associated with courses that are led by the Provider during the PoP.

The RATPs shall maintain records that document the names of all persons who have been awarded certificates, their certificate numbers, the disciplines for which accreditation was conferred, training and expiration dates, and the training location. The RATP shall maintain the records in a manner that allows verification by telephone of the required information.
Training Certificates. Upon completion of a Validation Training Program, Company may distribute to the trainee who has taken the training course and passed all applicable tests a “Certificate of Completion” that contains the following information:
