Training/Confidential Information. For purposes of this Article 2 (Non-Competition and Confidentiality), the term “the Company” shall be construed to include Employer, Parent and any and all Affiliates of Employer and Parent. The Company shall provide Employee with specialized knowledge and training regarding the business in which the Company is involved, and will provide Employee with initial and ongoing confidential information and trade secrets of the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Confidential Information”).
