TRAINING FOR EVALUATION Sample Clauses

The "Training for Evaluation" clause establishes the requirement for one party to provide training to another, specifically for the purpose of enabling effective evaluation of a product, service, or process. Typically, this clause outlines the scope, format, and timing of the training, such as whether it will be conducted in-person or online, and may specify who must attend or what materials will be provided. Its core function is to ensure that the evaluating party has the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct a fair and informed assessment, thereby reducing misunderstandings and improving the reliability of the evaluation process.
