Training Material. The Buyer shall reimburse the Seller the cost of shipment for the training material needed to conduct such courses.
Training Material a. Make every attempt to minimize the use of hard copy training materials and whenever possible use soft copy (i.e. electronic) materials for each training.
b. Ensure the training materials are available to participants prior to the scheduled training taking place on a training website.
c. In the event a training protocol requires additional steps for a practitioner to become a qualified or credentialed provider, Grantee shall coordinate all activities and materials required to complete the process of credentialing. This includes, but is not limited to, supervision calls, consultations and additional training if and when required.
Training Material. The Contractor shall provide O&M training course materials including course description, curricula, class handouts, and training course materials; provide trained and qualified instructors; and conduct the presentation of the training course.
Training Material. All instruction, examinations and materials will be prepared and presented in the English language and in the units of measure used by CFM. If necessary, Airline will provide interpreters at Airline’s expense. Additional training material (beyond the normal scope defined in the training catalog) may be provided as negotiated between Airline and CFM Customer Support.

When this material has been approved by the trade board, it is to be used by everyone who arranges courses, as the basis for trade-oriented courses. The material will be revised as necessary – by the trade board for the first time in 2020.
Training Material. For any system that has not attained MR, the contractor shall deliver to the Government all training materials reviewed and concurred to by the Government for use during the conduct of each course. The contractor shall provide drafts available for review, with updated drafts for training, as required. Finals as updated during the conduct of the training course are due 30 days after completion of the last training class. Final submission shall be submitted with a DD Form 250. Final submissions shall be in electronic media format. FWS-I Operator/Crew Training Material is a deliverable under CDRL-E005. FWS-I Maintainer Training Material is a deliverable under CDRL-E006.
Training Material. Company shall supply each trainee a complete set of appropriate reproducible training aids, lesson plans, handouts and associated materials pertaining to the Products for use by Motorola's personnel. Company shall provide Motorola, upon Motorola's reasonable request and at no charge, additional training material handouts for use in any Motorola Customer training program. Company grants to Motorola the right and license to reproduce all or any part of the documents described in this Subsection and revisions thereof solely for use in such training programs in connection with the Products provided that the rights of Company in copyrighted material that is Confidential Information are safeguarded by Motorola as set forth in this Agreement (including those of Section 10.2).
Training Material. All training materials and resources will be exclusively available in English. These materials will be accessible via links, which will be activated at the beginning of the Course and remain available for twenty four (24) hours following the conclusion of the Course.
