Training Materials. BATC shall develop a training package for each satellite subsystem including the operation of the Instrument to address specifically the changes between WV-2 and WV3. The training package will be based on the Subsystem Description Documents (Paragraph 5.3.10) and include the same minimum information. The training packages will be delivered on both paper and electronic media.
Training Materials. All Training Services materials provided by Illumio for Training Services are the property of Illumio. Customer shall not duplicate such materials and may use the materials solely in conjunction with the Training Services provided by Illumio hereunder.

Training Materials. Franchisor may, from time to time, provide or make available to Franchisee training materials and equipment for providing training for Franchisee's manager(s) and employees. Franchisor may charge a reasonable fee for such materials and equipment. Franchisee agrees that all such materials are Trade Secrets pursuant to this Agreement. Franchisee agrees to require all of its managers and employees, as applicable, to successfully complete any such training program(s) if Franchisor designates them as mandatory.
Training Materials. Boeing will provide Buyer with a narrative description defining the expected time to teach the various differences between the first Aircraft scheduled for delivery pursuant to this agreement and the last aircraft of the same model type for which maintenance training and/or materials were delivered by Boeing to Buyer. If Buyer chooses to have Boeing provide a differences Maintenance Training course, Boeing will provide at the beginning of the course, 1 copy of a training manual for the differences training course to each student attending such course. Boeing will also provide to the Buyer 1 set of visual aid projection transparencies and 1 set of black and white reproducible masters of the training manual graphics and text utilized in the Maintenance Training class. No revision service will be provided for such training manuals and materials. If Buyer chooses not to have Boeing provide a differences Maintenance Training course, Boeing will provide to Buyer at Buyer's xxxxxxxxx, 0 set of visual aid projection transparencies and 1 set of black and white reproducible masters of the training manual graphics and text that would have been utilized in a differences Maintenance Training class. Delivery of requested materials will satisfy difference training entitlements as defined herein. No revision service will be provided for such training manuals and materials.
Training Materials. (a) Optimer, at its sole expense, will (i) create, develop, produce or obtain, and provide, and continually update materials to be used to train the Sales Forces with respect to Promoting the Product and (ii) submit all such proposed materials that are intended to be used by the Cubist Sales Force to the Joint Clearance Committee for review and approval prior to their use. Optimer agrees to submit materials that are intended to be used exclusively by the Optimer Sales Force to the Joint Clearance Committee for comment as provided in Section 5.3.1. Optimer shall be solely liable and responsible for the content of such materials and for ensuring that such materials comply with Optimer Business Policies. (b) Cubist may, but is not required to, at its sole expense, create, develop, produce or obtain, and provide materials to be used to train the Sales Forces with respect to Promoting the Product; provided, that Cubist shall submit all such proposed materials to the Joint Clearance Committee for review and all such proposed materials must be approved by the Joint Clearance Committee prior to their use by any of the Sales Forces. Cubist shall be solely liable and responsible for the content of such materials (excluding any Optimer Trademark) and for ensuring that such materials comply with Cubist Business Policies. (c) Any materials described in Section 3.6.2(a) or Section 3.6.2(b) that are approved by the Joint Clearance Committee in accordance with Section 5.3.4 shall be referred to as the “Sales Training Materials.” Each Party may use any of the Sales Training Materials in connection with training its Sales Force under this Agreement, provided such use is in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the Sales Training Plan or is otherwise *Confidential Treatment Requested.
