Common use of Training - Program Development and Implementation Clause in Contracts

Training - Program Development and Implementation. It is the intent of the Company to discuss with, and obtain Bargaining Unit input into both new and existing training programs. The primary method of communication in this regard will continue to be at the Branch or Division level. However, a joint Company and Union committee will be maintained to monitor on-going training, program development and implementation practices affecting I.A.A.F. members and deal with the issues specified in Article 9.
