Training & Re-training Sample Clauses

Training & Re-training. An employee will be allowed reasonable time off without loss of pay to attend training courses where it is agreed that:- • It is a course in the employee’s area of work experience • It is a course in the area where, given the employees other skills and qualifications and the needs of the employment market, there is a reasonable likelihood of gaining employment. • Attendance at the course will not have a significantly detrimental effect on production.
