Common use of Tranche 1 Stock Clause in Contracts

Tranche 1 Stock. Subject to the remainder of this Agreement and the terms of the Plan, the Tranche 1 Stock shall vest based on the Company’s TSR percentile ranking over the Performance Period compared to the TSR of the companies included in the TSR Comparator Group.
